Located in contractor’s office in Montreal for duration of detailed design effort
Assisted in guarantee negotiations, startup, and provided ongoing operations advice.

Clean Fuels

30 ppm S Gasoline. Evaluated current licensable gasoline
desulphurization technologies, including CDTech, Exxon Scanfining, IFP Prime-G, Mobil Octgain,
UOP Isal, Phillips Z-Sorb. Participated in client's final comparison and selection. Advised client
on suitability of selected technology for future refinery reconfiguration and possible future choices.
15 ppm S Diesel. Provided design basis for Distillate Hydrotreater,
including blending options for existing low sulphur distillate components. Prepared hydrogen balances and
developed order of magnitude capital for hydrotreater, support units (hydrogen and SRU) and
offsites.
