Mr. Munis is a Project Engineer with over twenty years of domestic and ten years of
international experience. He is consistently successful in the development, engineering,
design, construction, testing, commissioning and startup of petrochemical, chemical,
pharmaceutical, industrial plants and utility/industrial grade power generating stations,
switchyard and substations in a cost effective and timely manner.

- Engineering Manager for $46M gas engine to electric motor conversion
project at Hovensa, St. Croix, USVI.
- Engineering, design, cost estimating, procurement and construction of
an independent co-generation power plant for a Venezuelan corporation. The 300-megawatt
power and steam generating facility supported a major expansion program at the refinery.
Responsibilities included preliminary engineering studies, including technical
calculations, conceptual design, and major equipment procurement.
- Cost estimating, development of single-line diagrams and equipment arrangement
drawings, expansion of underground power distribution system, through to plant startup.
Refinery expansion project including a steam turbine-driven compressor and 7000 hp motor
in Sarnia, Ontario.
- Engineering and design of electrical and control systems for a lube oil
plant in Shreveport, L.A, including conceptual studies, cost estimating, development
of single line diagrams and arrangement drawings, preparation of equipment specifications,
requisitions, and bid evaluations.
- Engineering, design and construction of SO2 removal system for power station
in Pennsylvania.
- Design engineering experience with several large merchant power plants in USA. Two
were combined cycle plants with nominal ratings of 600 MW. Involved in system design, protection
coordination and relay settings.
- Project engineering and design involvement in another ten power projects in USA and
China. Fuels included: coal, lignite, hydroelectric and nuclear.
- Project engineering and design experience with electrical power and control systems
for eight large ferrous and non-ferrous manufacturing plants in USA, Turkey, and Venezuela.

Mr. Munis has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University in
Philadelphia, PA, and is a registered professional engineer in PA, NJ, MD, WI, and MA.
