Process Consultant. Acted as consultant on the process
engineering of ethylene plants for clients located in Odessa, TX.; Bayway, NJ.; San Dimas, CA.;
Houston, TX.; Marcus Hook, PA.; Hillside, NJ.; Princeton, NJ.; Highland Park, NJ.; Boston, MA.;
and London, England.
Audits. Reviewed process and project designs
(done by others) of olefins complexes for the purpose of quality assurance and process improvement,
for plants located in Fife, Scotland; Beijing, China; Mexico City, Mexico; Alvin, TX.; and Longview,
TX. Audited the progress of field construction for quality assurance, for a plant located in
Baroda, India.
Ethylene Plant Startup. Participated in the startup of ethylene
plants located in Sarnia, Ontario; Baroda, India; Beijing, China; Mantova, Italy; and Carrington,
England.
Ethylene Plant Operations. Provided consultation to d
iagnose and solve operating problems, and to offer constructive evaluations of normal operating
procedures, at plants located in Taft, LA; Geleen, Holland; Dunkirk, France, and Sarnia Ontario.
Ammonia, Methanol, and Hydrogen Technology. Complete designs
for individual process units, including heat and material balances, process flow diagrams, and
specification of major equipment for these facilities.
Butadiene Recovery. Process design for butadiene recovery
from C4 streams.
