William E. Klotzbucher has over 30 years experience in economic analysis, operational planning and decision support systems in the petroleum refining industry based on his long-term career with Sunoco, Inc. His early experience includes development of computer models for the design of kettle and thermosiphon reboilers, process engineering, and lubricant manufacture and distribution. Following these assignments, he began a series of increasingly responsible positions in corporate planning and economics. Selected positions and responsibilities:

• Author of an econometric study of northeast pricing for gasoline and middle distillates in relation to PADD 1 output
