ELMER E. GRIFFITH, PE

Elmer E. Griffith is an accomplished structural engineer. He was supervisor of structural design in the Central Engineering Department at Sunoco, Inc.. He served for many years as a project engineer and manager with emphasis on field work and the design/construction contractor interface.

Elmer has worked as a project engineer on a wide variety of projects including:

• Construction of grass-roots petroleum refinery, Puerto Rico.

• Construction Manager for refinery revamp, Liberia.

• Refinery waste processing system, Tulsa, OK.

• Boiler stack gas precipitators, Alberta, Canada

• BTX recovery, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada

• Grass-roots lube oil manufacturing plant, Shreveport, LA

Elmer graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering, from Penn State University. He is a registered professional engineer (by exam) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
